Okay, girls, that's just playing dirty. Although, the clothes-switch suits both of them well if you ask me.

Someone well-versed in the dq5 universe should translate it. Bianca is not finishing her sentences and it's hard to guess what she really means. Add it to the innate vagueness of Japanese language and you get an impossible panel to translate.
Let me assist as far as I can.

Top-Right: "It was really impossible, I see" is the literal translation but that "really" can be "just like I thought", and the "impossible" can be "in vain" or "not meant to be". And instead of "I see", she could be asking "right?" or might as well be saying "apparently". The ending implies that the statement is offered as a possible cause of something, maybe as a consolation... Anyway, that quite covers all the bases. Take your pick. I'm adding "Seems that it really wasn't meant to be." as translation. Someone correct it if it's wrong.

Top-Left: "Ah, me! I was stupefied" literally. That "stupefied" could be anything remotely like it in meaning, say dazed, lost in thought, daydreaming, doing nothing... The phrase is usually used by somewhat airheaded characters that failed to notice someone was talking to them or some danger was approaching. I'm adding "Sorry, I was lost in thought." as translation. It's probably wrong, so someone please correct it.

Bottom-Right: "How could two rings disappear all of a sudden!?" must be it, but I can't be sure. I'm only elementary level in Japanese. For now I'm adding "How could two rings just disappear!?" as translation. Someone correct it if it's wrong.

Bottom-Left 1: "Don't worry about me" that's certain, so I'm adding that as translation. Literally it's "as for me, don't worry".

Bottom-Left 2: Literally "So far I've been doing it by myself, anyway". The verb that translates as "doing" really implies "taking care of", so if we put "managed" instead of "been doing it", it could stand very well as a Japanese-style vague sentence. I'm adding this translation as well.

Someone who's played dq5 proof it, please.

The ring line definitely sounds like something game related, so I can't say anything about that, but the top-right panel's a little off. 無事 means something like "safe," "secure," or "healthy," so that line is more like "You really were all right!" Note the smiles, tears of happiness, and bright background of lovey-dovey feel-gooditude. Everything else sounds fine.

Presumably it refers to the Fire and Water Rings, which you collect right before the wedding.

Which means we are missing something.
In game, the rings are used in the hero's wedding.

Here, they seem to have gone missing, and it seems no marriage will happen.

Were there more pages of this around?

    Don't worry about me!
You really were all right after all!
Sorry, I was lost in thought...
So far I've managed by myself, anyway.
How could two rings just disappear!?
