There's something going on here that I don't quite understand, so I can't translate this properly. However, here's a general idea of what she's saying.
Bubble 3: If one were to dig a pitfall/trap for the benefit/purpose of... something (Joushi Kaapu, women's cup?)
Bubble 4: As usual/as one would guess, lose control/patience/can't hold it inBubble 5: jump in the hole of my own volitionBubble 6: It would be ok if couldn't pull myself out, but...Bubble 7: For me, today isBubble 8: Girl's day (I think this might be a euphemism for menstruation...)...or something to that effect.

That's not a katakana "ka" (カ), it's the kanji "chikara" (力) (here pronounced "ryoku"). Your confusion's entirely understandable, though. Even looking at them in my own text, I can barely tell them apart.
Well, you know, Sanae, maybe if you hadn't increased your girl power so much, you wouldn't be having one of your girl days.
Uh-oh!This has gotten awkward! When I dug a pit trap to increase my girl-power......as usual, I lost patience......and when I jumped into the hole myself......I ended up getting stuck. This would have been okay......but today, I......I'm having one of my "feminine days". Yes, normally, "女の子の日" refers to the March 3 Girls' Day holiday. It also serves another purpose, it seems.
