Well maybe you can argument that the commentary about sexual stuff is just from the english version and not from the japanese version, thing that a lot of japaneses are agree, also it makes sense when you see that others vocaloid voicebanks have similar guidelines (this is the guidelines for nt voicebanks this other is in general for all vocaloid voicebank, likely this is as well, and a fandom wiki recopilated the agreement for every voicebank version, here is ) and we know what things make the people with Miku or Len (you can still say that the japanese version says the same that the same thing that the english version, but it think that it is just not clear).
