It's really weird to see people in the Youtube comments freaking out about this. It's just a song.
I think the main issue people have is the fact that Kaai Yuki, who is voiced by a (then) 9-10 year old, is singing a song that can be seen as mesugaki in nature.
I do think it's very weird that Yuki in particular was chosen over any other younger-looking vocaloids who are voiced by adults, but that's just my opinion ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That's the issue, if you're going to make a song that's NSFW/Suggestive/inappropriate, please do not use a voicebank that is of a child. A real 9 year old provided the voice, she should not be made to sing this
I’m not anti-loli, I’d have no problem if it used something like Una, but Yuki was voiced by a living breathing child so it’s different. It’s not the typical “protect muh pixels” freak out

Who or what the provider is should have no bearing on what people do with the voice bank because the voice bank is not said provider.

I think this is true in any other situation except for Yuki. While this song wasn't as explicit as Mimukauwa, there's definitely some sexual undertones to it (or at least, can be easily twisted to see some). And I think using a real child's voice for something like this is questionable, at best.
Also, her usage guidelines (bottom of section 2) already states not to do anything immoral with her VB to begin with. It's likely that Hiiragi Magnetite got scared of the legal repercussions of using Yuki in this kind of song, considering the official response.

Well maybe you can argument that the commentary about sexual stuff is just from the english version and not from the japanese version, thing that a lot of japaneses are agree, also it makes sense when you see that others vocaloid voicebanks have similar guidelines (this is the guidelines for nt voicebanks this other is in general for all vocaloid voicebank, likely this is as well, and a fandom wiki recopilated the agreement for every voicebank version, here is ) and we know what things make the people with Miku or Len (you can still say that the japanese version says the same that the same thing that the english version, but it think that it is just not clear). I think that they privated the song because the hate from english community and not for illegal issues, if it was the instance they won't try just to make a family friendly remake of the song and deleted all posts fom the song and not just privated the full song
