It's comics like these that seriously make me wish that Gamefreak would make a much more serious game storyline. B/W's storyline was fine, but they had so much more opportunity to make the reveal of N's past hold a lot more force.

Oh well, maybe in after three more gens we'll get the dark and mature storyline. N and Ghetsis was a good step forward.

But an even bigger impact on the fanbase would be maturing the games, as well as the anime.
But I guess I'm just dreamin' on...

If you want a good Pokemon anime, it would be better a Pokemon Adventures/Special adaptation than improve Ash's shitty story that only seems to have plot in the movies...

the main issue with the anime is that they have to make an entire generation last for four years. The reason that the generation two episodes seemed to go on for so long was because the generation one main storyline lasted about 52ish (can't remember offhand, but it wasnt many) episodes, and the orange island arc didnt go for much longer itself, thereby making people expect that the generation two series would go for around the same length of time.

Let's make Gen 6 an FPS while we're at it.
