She was always heavily sexualized. She wasn't always a helpless schoolgirl who needs a big strong man to tell her what to do.
Though yes, people have to accept the fact that she was sexualized from the very beginning. Nothing wrong with that, imo, since she was also gar'd from the very beginning.
