This was supposed to be Uraga Shipyard's first dry dock. Looking out to sea from behind the dry dock. Need to add shipyard and dry dock labels and delete bridge labels. The photo of kasumi and hatsushimo was taken not from the bridge but from the working walkway behind the dry dock.
