My love isn’t about power or possession — it’s different. I want to see the girls I love happy with other girls. I want to be the spectator of their beautiful romance. That’s why I get so irritated when I see guys say “I love this character,” and then draw her having sex (or being raped) by random guys, deformed fat men, tentacles, or putting them in humiliating situations, etc. To me, that kind of love is wrong; it’s more like an obsession. It’s like seeing the characters as nothing more than mere objects of pleasure and control. And that really gets on my nerves, you know?

So you say only men view women as sexual objects, ...and you don't?
Cause all I see is you hornyposting about your favorite pair of the week. You talk about love like it's something pure, but that isn't it, Love isn't about accepting only qualities you like and shunning the ones you don't, love is about accepting the good with the bad, but you can't even see past what someone has between their crotch.

You clearly misunderstood what I said. I’m not pretending to be some kind of saint — yes, I do enjoy fanarts with romantic and erotic tones, but that doesn’t mean I’m okay with disgusting content like rape, humiliation, or fetishized abuse. Saying “love isn’t pure” doesn’t mean we should accept those things. What, would you prefer I supported that crap? Seriously?
Also, I don’t just look at NSFW art. I actually enjoy a lot of SFW fanart too — emotional, cute, or even just aesthetic ones (I read a lot of manga, watch anime, dramas and even write). But when I search for “Yuri” of a specific work, naturally NSFW stuff shows up a lot, whether I want it or not. That doesn’t mean it’s all I care about.
And yeah… I’ll admit it: I don’t really like men. But I have reasons for that. They’ve hurt me — a lot. So much that I literally fell into depression because of it. So maybe now I instinctively react negatively to male-centered stuff. Not all men, of course — I do like many of them. But the general image I had of men got completely shattered.
So no, I don’t see women as objects. I love seeing girls happy with other girls, not as trophies or fantasies, but as people.... Wow, it's been a while since I wrote this much.

Obviously I don't mean put a ring on any rapist and make him yours, but you shouldn't trivialize someone because of their gender, not all yuri is the pure love fantasy you make it out to be, and not all men are monsters in human skin. If you fixate so much on one single piece, then you'll miss out on the bigger picture in front of you.
