This artist always posts several WIP images of their upcoming illustrations on Twitter and has quite a backlog of consistent art. They also post exclusively in Chinese, so in this particular case I'd say that it's just a simple typo.
At least once I would like to see someone do the most basic research before throwing AI accusations around like it means nothing. One look at their Twitter would have given you the answer.
