I changed the tag because that's a cucumber that's gone through...a process that I don't think counts as pickling.

I'm aware of quick pickle recipes involving thinly sliced red onion and vinegar, but those require some prep and ideally a 24 hour period to really develop the flavours.

She must be producing something equivalent to battery acid if she managed to do that to a whole cucumber in just an overnight period.
