GOD DAMNIT!
1~2 Hour, Speed paint drawn on a whim. Still not good at it, but I tried to save time and get more done by free-handing a thick paintbrush for the general shape.
It's the annoying seggsfawks from Touhou: Lost Branch of Legend; There was no fan art of her, so I challenged myself to speed-paint her and if I could finish before bedtime, I promised to post it, regardless of how scuff it'd turn out.
