If you look at the height-width aspect ratio it's one commonly used for AI posts, so it's very likely that this was generated by NovelAI.
Shit, that's what I was afraid of. I didn't see any AI artifacts, but suppose the art style might have thrown me off.
The artstyle is going to be pretty good at hiding any artifacts but generally speaking you can just run a denoiser/upscaler like the ones they use to clean up anime screenshots over it and it will smooth out most of the artifacts anyway.
