Touhou vampires have all the same vampire weaknesses, as well as Setsuban (the beans used to ward off evil spirits) In the touhou Fighting games, this was made apparent since Remelia can't fight in outside environments without [cloudy] weather or without her umbrella system card.

I think that would just be a matter of Remilia's preference as opposed to that much of a weakness.
Also, Touhou vampires aren't weak against crosses (both Remilia and Flandre use them, and Remilia actually likes them).
