My vote: simple, but not bad quality. That said, lots of mods hold Touhou works to a higher standard due to there being so much of it (which I'm not saying is a bad thing).
arms are strange too... I honestly don't think it deserves deletion for bad quality though. :/ I've seen a lot of things on here with not so grand quality. May as well go for those as well. lol
Bad feet, weird arms, weird legs, she's crooked, I'm not even sure what's going on with where her hands go, I'm sorry, but I can't say this image is by any means "decent"...

Well, of course you'd think so, seeing as you uploaded it - but let's look again.
Her arms are subpar, bearing the same thickness through their entire length. The hair is a bunch of amateurish stringy strips present in many lower quality works. The way her hands go under her apron looks weird, lazily done. If the dress is following her figure at her hips, then her hips are not well done at all. The aforementioned feet are terrible. Tiny nubs, without ankles or even the shape of a foot. She is tilted, lopsided and uneven. I don't think the proportions are correct, either.
All in all, it's just generally shabby work. I can only find detracting points and no merit to redeem it - not in the coloring, not in the detail, not in the non-existent background. Not the worst thing out there but I definitely don't think it's up to standards, particularly the standards we expect for Touhou art.

So tell me how you can just lump everything above into "simple"? "Simple" does not mean lopsidedness, low quality, poor limb proportions, and terrible feet.
And you need to learn to not downvote posts just because they disagree with you.
At any rate, I am done here. I expressed my misgivings about the quality, flagged it so a janitor can examine it instead of letting it skip the queue, and that's all I needed to do. Arguing over opinions just gets us all nowhere.
