    I don't remember the scene described in the text in the show, although it looks well written.

    My guess is that it might be the real thing, and the artist decided to draw an estimate of what could have possibly occured if Haruhi were more open minded, if the concept of embarassing wasn't in her vocabulary, because what she actually does is never said.

    If that’s the case, then I had a feeling it might’ve been like that. Especially from what little I know about Haruhi as a character. Seems it might just indeed be a case of an artist having a bit of fun with vague, open-ended text. Basically taking her carefree attitude and cranking it up some notches.
