    It's the exact story Marisa mentions in her dialog, and she more or less describes its plot in the next panel. Presumably, she's trying to make Nitori believe something similar is taking place here.

    Oh, I see now, you have to click through the story. It just downloaded some .mid file when I went to it so I left pretty quickly
