No need to dodge... if they're all attacking at the same time, Reimu and Marisa can get them all at once with a bomb (lets see them dodge a Master Spark). With 9 bombs each, and 2 more for each addition life, they should be able to run them out of spell cards.
some fun facts: - Mokou and Flandre appear twice in Extra Stages (once in their respective games, and once more in StB's EX stages) - Reimu is the final boss of PoFV's Extra Mode, and is one of the three characters in DS' EX stages) - Marisa is the Extra Stage boss in GFW, and also one of the three characters in DS EX stages)
Well, it's true. As much as I love Mokou and Ran... Well, Batman's super power is prep-time. Given enough time to prepare, he can do anything. Reimu, on the other hand, doesn't even need that. Her super power is just not losing.
...Unless it's Pagaretta's work, in which case, it's a tossup.

Unfortunately, it's pretty much canon. "If there wasn't a time limit, and it wasn't just for play, nobody would be able to beat [Reimu] by any means" -Zun-

I believe that was the comment on her "Fantasy Heaven" Last Word in IN, was it not? Hence, it is official. If the rules of spellcard engagement were not upheld, Reimu would have a hilariously unfair advantage.

Quite ironic considering how weak Reimu used to be before EoSD. After spending all the extra time buffing up, here comes the Danmaku rules thus disabling most of her broken powers except for main character status. And Reimu does still have an unfair advantage being the instigator of the rules.
Psst, have you forgotten the vow that Reimu made? She won't use that or her other hax abilities since they're too cheap and she ''doesn't like showoffs''.

I guess the Autor is one of those who doesnt want to see Yukari as an ex-boss because she always steals Ran's place as an ex-boss in fanart.. Its nice to honor Ran from time to time i think~

Actually, Cirno lost to Marisa. It's one of those 'even if I just won, my character didn't' kind of fights. Note how Cirno is beat up at the post-fight scene, not Marisa.

Somewhat likely...

Not so much, there's been a few people who has beaten her

"Marisa lost to Cirno", you mean FW? Yeah it’s true, but it all depends on how we control character in a game, we also can lost, also don’t forget about spell card rules, I’m pretty sure Marisa can easily solos Cirno in any other fight
