To this day I still expected and wanted there be some kind of out of nowhere "WHAT THE HELL?! HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!" epic invasion battle in the Nexus, where everyone has get up and fight the threat, while you see stockpile Thomas is bailing for cover, the would show the Maiden would the true demon inside her, and while your busting your ass fighting the monumental will just sit back and watch.

...*sigh* But I guess that will only happen in my dreams.
