Lieutenant Commander Franziska Hartmann, age 18, of the Republic of Karlsland Naval Weapons Bureau, currently assigned to the carrier Prinzessin zu Wittgenstein in order to perform tests of experimental weapons systems. Her call sign is Weiss 34, her Strikers are RF-4E Phantom Ⅱ reconnaisance units, and her standard armament is the MP5 submachine gun. Her familiar is the German spaniel. She became interested in developing new weapons when she joined the military, and accomplished the practicalization of the ether laser cannon and the development of the ME-S003 "Zouweller". She has a fairly serious personality, but she tends to worry a lot whenever she runs into a wall of some sort, and can be a little obstinate. Her younger sister Gretia is more important to her than anything else, and she was originally opposed to her joining the military. "No, Gretia!
