Alright, but Mika is in her bed atm. Is she getting notifications when someone buys her stuff at her korean comiket booth? While she's at home? How is this related to her stalkerposting sensei? I'm a bit confused.

He's talking about real people. The artist is naming their convention booth "A booth where Mika receives replies when it sells out" or in other words, Mika will get a reply from Sensei when the artist's goods run out. "If you want Mika to get a reply and stop crying, you better buy our stuff!"
