OBJECTION! Your statement is clearly in contradiction of the evidence. The image clearly depicts the book was thrown! Gravity could not have been the culprit. Gravity can not cause objects to fall on an angle let alone move in an arc like movement unless another force acts upon it.
The culprit is clearly ... a suspect who is further to the right.

    LOL

You can clearly see an arc being formed, which means that it must have been propelled upward at some point in time. Gravity can't propel things upwards.

The book was not even thrown at all!

There are no impact lines anywhere near the Patchouli-cat, nor are there any marks on her that would indicate her being hit by a book. It is, in fact, merely flying up and down in an arc.

This is a plot to frame the hitherto unseen 'suspect' who exists to the right of this picture's boundary!

*pumps shotgun* I dont care how it hit the Catchouli! What matters is that the person who threw it will suffer... BIG TIME

Unless of course there's someone who can manipulate gravity. But in general, you're right.

    So Gravity Man's the culprit.

Either that or the book slide down a long ramp and there was an upward slant at the tip, plus Patchy had a maglev shield on.
