Very strange design for a rapier - the blade is short, while the hilt's guard is quite large (possibly oversized for a 1-handed weapon).
Still, Lady Remilia makes the whole picture.

Remilia's pretty small, and it is an left handed sword, so it's probably half of a set.

I think the sword is leaning inward, but perspective without light difference or something.

cause even i wouldn't make it that short.
