Surprise, surprise! New Year! New art! New me! Actually not ;p
I'm looking for a new job, again, but it's nothing urgent. Considering changing industry.

Being a flight attendant is fun, challenging, mind-expanding. I visited many parts of the world I would never have seen otherwise. I met inspiring people from many parts of the world I would never have met otherwise.
But at the same time, it’s so time-consuming and draining that I struggle to find time and energy for my hobbies. And it has been frustrating me lately.
At first, I thought it was just a matter of finding this mystical work-life balance, and that I’d manage. Nope. There’s no work-life balance in aviation. You’re 100% there. At one point last year I haven’t even been home for 3 months. Almost killed my cactuses!

The level of trust needed among colleagues is shown in the picture, lol. But just in case, there is also the safety strap. Don't try this on board. You'll get fined and bankrupt. Plus I wouldn't trust these yellow straps. These are old and your landing would be concrete hard.

サプライズ、サプライズ！新しい年！新しいアート！新しい私！…そうでもない。
また新しい仕事を探している。業界を変えようと思っています。

客室乗務員は楽しくて、やりがいがあって、心が広がる仕事です。世界中のいろいろな場所を訪れましたし、さまざまな国から来た素晴らしい人々に出会いました。この仕事でなければ、ありえないことですが。ですが…
その一方でとても時間を取られる仕事です。趣味のための時間やエネルギーを見つけるのが難しいほどです。最近、この状態が私をイライラさせている。
時間が経てばうまくいくと思っていた。間違いだ。航空業界には「仕事と生活のバランス」なんてものは出来ない。すべてを仕事に捧げる感じ。昨年のある時点では、3ヶ月間も家に帰れなかったことがありました。家にサボテンがほぼ全滅するところだ！

このイラストは、同僚間の信頼のレベル（笑）。念のため、安全ベルトもありますので安心を。機内でこれを試さないでね。罰金を取られて破産しちゃう。それに、このベルトが古くて強くない。それに着地はコンクリート並みの硬さだから。
