I don't understand the terminology you're talking about. I didn't use any tag request function in this post, but you repeatedly bother me and give me negative feedback because of a not-so-big problem. Is that interesting?

The tag history shows you added tagme to the post when you uploaded it. I actually thought it was added automatically if the number of initial tags were below a certain amount, but I don’t see any documentation of this in the wiki and some of your mintagged uploads didn’t have it, so I might be wrong about that.
Regardless, it doesn’t change the root of the issue, which is that the tag counts on some of your posts are a bit low when you first upload them. You did add more later, but a few hours had already passed since then. It’s not a big deal if you end up doing it once or twice (stuff happens), but when it becomes a pattern, it reflects negatively on your tagging habits.
Also, the feedback you were given is neutral, not negative.
