Not really that surprising, given her adorable "Urusai, urusai, urusai!" from the first Koumajou Densetsu II omake.

Kitamura Eri got Remilia role, so Kugimiya Rie should go for voicing Nazrin.

It's just a reference. By that reasoning, every picture of Iku in the Fever pose would be in the Gameplay Mechanics pool. To be in the mechanics pool, it needs to explicitly reference the actual mechanics. So, if in the panel she's huddling it say "Down Block!" or something like that, it could go in the pool, but as is there aren't any visible mechanics at all.

By the same token, this isn't a Charisma Break. For it to be a Charisma Break, the character in question needs to be overwhelmingly charismatic at the beginning only to lose it disastrously/comically, which means that this picture doesn't qualify.
