Nue didnt listen and suddenly

I can understand that Nazrin and Unzan have only one name each, but why does Hijiri Byakuren refer to Kumoi Ichirin and Houjuu Nue by their personal names while referring to Murasa Minamitsu and Toramaru Shou by their family names? Aren't their social customs regarding names the same as in the outside world (and if so, which part of it)?
