Since May 2024, we’ve been working with Second Dinner to create polished card illustrations for Marvel Snap. This awesome strategy card game spans the entire Marvel Multiverse, meaning you can call upon the powers of a huge range of heroes—and villains.

One of the cool things about Marvel Snap is the card variants. Each card has a wide range of skins in different artstyles to collect, so our artists have been drawing classic, cartoon, comic book, anime and even chibi versions of these characters!

At the time of writing, our artists have created well over a hundred Marvel Snap cards in less than a year. For each illustration, we assign one artist to complete it from start to finish, based on their experience with the particular art style. All these artworks are carried out under the careful guidance of Mooncolony Art Director Arthur Bozonnet, who has been invaluable on this project.

We’re honoured that Second Dinner has trusted us with a high degree of creative freedom, often providing us with just a character and a rough guide for the art style. Thanks to our talented artists—and Arthur’s direction—we’ve received stellar feedback from the client, who continue to let us flex our creative muscles on this project.
