No, Rumia's definitely Neros Gundam. You can't tell in this picture, but check out post #970535. The arms are totally Neros, and the weapons are mounted in the legs.

Its a fake DVD cover. It even comes with fake advertisements from M Ganzy's work. Just check out the artists tag for his other stuff.

Ahh yeah. I thought it was Master because of the fangs. But I mistook that as for the cuts under the Master's eyes since Master doesn't have fangs. Double error on my part.
