Bump just means we're commenting so that it's bumped to the top of the commented pictures list, and thus gets publicity. Publicity means possible translators see the picture, and thus increased chance of translation.

I translated a few pages and sections but after seeing these comments here where your transparently trying to game it so that someone can translate it is quite frankly a little bit annoying.
