Ogitsune's old character design for Colonel Berta Von Milch. Seems there was some interest in seeing this version in addition to the current one.

ミルヒ大佐（嘘ストパン）

ベルタ・マルガレータ・フォン・ミルヒ大佐（32歳）。カールスラント連邦空軍第73戦闘航空団司令。コールサイン＜青0＞、通称＜白海の鬼神＞。ストライカーはF-4FKL、使用武装はG3A3ライフル。使い魔はドーベルマン。総撃破数70機以上を数えるスーパーエースで、南米やオラーシャの鎮圧戦などで活躍した。見た目は10代前半の少女のようだが年齢は30を超えており、軍属のウィッチとしては当時最高齢である。前線に出ることは殆どなくなったが、現役同然の強い魔力を保っている。かなり珍しい特異体質のためか、容姿も実年齢よりだいぶ幼い。そのせいで航空団司令としての威厳も欠け、強いコンプレックスを抱えている。湾岸ネウロイ戦争開戦時、JG73はアラビア海上のカールスラント海軍東洋艦隊に便乗しており、半島東部の戦線に加わった。戦争末期のリャド解放戦の際は自らがストライカーを装備して出撃し、戦果を挙げた。2001年に退役するまでの撃破スコアは95機を記録したという。　「やはりか！マルセイユ貴様あぁぁ！！」声は日笠陽子。

As a result she's somewhat lacking in the solemn dignity that's expected of a commander, something she has a very strong complex about. At the start of the Gulf Neuroi War, JG73 took advantage of the presence of the Karlsland Navy's Eastern Fleet in the Arabian Sea and engaged in battle on the eastern part of the peninsula. She herself put on Strikers and engaged in battle during the liberation of Riyadh towards the end of the war, with positive results. Her official score at her retirement in 2001 was 95. "I knew it! According to a screencap I found on the internet about Japanese swear words, '貴様' actually means 'motherf**ker'...

So that means Oberst von Milch's common line is "I knew it! Marseille you motherf**kerrrrr!!"

It's a rude (and masculine) way of saying "you", born out of sarcasm.　While it can be translated that way depending on the circumstances (read: depending on how the speaker screams the word), most of time it's just equivalent to a stressed you. Rude, but not too strong. Maybe "you bastard" or "you asshole" if more contempt is implied.

(In older text "kisama" was actually a respectful form of address.)

von Milch's variant is stronger than the usual because she drags out the syllables, 'though personally speaking I would translate it as a simple "Goddammit, Marseille!!" instead. "Curse you" is a decent alternative.

Motherfucker would require something on the scale of キチガイ野郎 (crazy bastard) or くそったれ！(shithead) or 畜生め (you son of a bitch).
