Kotone is becoming more brutal with each 4-koma.

What we don't see is how she punishes Scyther later for his disobedience. You just KNOW she understood what he was saying.

Actually if you look, the Scyther has rather long eyelashes, meaning he is actually a SHE.

More specifically, she speaks in a feminine way in the original Japanese.

I'm more to think that Kotone knows that it was Sudowoodo, but she just wants to do that. If not, she might just pass through the sides or pulverize through the way. Or simply being stuck by the game mechanics.

6 years later, and I'm slightly tempted to try this on a pair of Sudowoodo in Pokemon Moon, hehe
