ラニーヤ大尉（再）

アラビア連合軍のお話。1960年代にアラビア半島を一つにまとめた現王朝は諸候の軍隊を統合し、「アラビア連合軍」をジャズィーラ連合王国の国軍とした。それぞれの軍閥は別々の国から武器を購入していたので、世界中の兵器の博物館状態だった。現状でこそ装備や規格の統一化が進められているが、部隊によって様々である。　ラニーヤ大尉の家系でもあるベドウィン出身者で構成されたゲリラ戦部隊は湾岸戦争中、味方の支援が及ばない地域でネウロイ相手に奮戦した。

Captain Raniya (redone)

This is the story of the Allied Arabian military. With the unification of the Arabian peninsula in the 1960s, the monarchy at the time combined the armies of all the feudal lords to create the Allied Arabian Army and had it serve as the national army of the United Kingdom of Jazeera. Since each of the units had purchased their military equipment from different countries, it was like a worldwide military museum. Naturally in modern times their equipment is more unified, but there are still a few different variations. During the Gulf War, a number of guerilla units made up of Bedouin members like Captain Raniya fought hard battles against the Neuroi in parts of the peninsula their allies were unable to reach.
