He is the third born son of the Matsuno sextuplets. Though selfish and a braggart, he is one of the more clever brothers. He is close with his elder brother Osomatsu, and often accompanies him on adventures.
In Osomatsu-san, he is characterized by his tsukkomi nature, flippant attitude, and green color. Unlike his brothers, he lacks an ahoge and also tends to wear glasses. He is voiced by Kamiya Hiroshi.
