Arcana is the main antagonist of Reverse:1999. She is the leader of Manus Vindictae, an extremist group that want to establish a society with only arcanists.
She has blue hair and yellow eyes. She wears black dress with black gloves, and a wand that goes through her head.
She is voiced by Naomi McDonald in English and Koshimizu Ami in Japanese.
