The Chinese name (饮月) translates to "Moon Drinker". The English localization chose to use the Latin for "Moon Drinker" instead, which is "Imbibitor Lunae".
In this form he is portrayed as a dragon boy with a long hairstyle, green or aqua eastern dragon horns, pointy ears, and sometimes a blue dragon tail that in official art is transluscent but is often drawn as a physical tail instead. He is most easily distinguished from the Permansor Terrae form by the shape and color of the horns.
