Wings that are attached to the head. A common feature on demon girls, but other creatures may have them, such as bird girls.
If the character's hair is styled to look like fake wings, but they're not actual wings, use hair wings. If the wings are attached to a character's headgear rather than being part of the character's body, use winged helmet or winged hat.
