The two index fingers meet at the top, while the middle fingers meet at the bottom. The other fingers are not involved. This version is relatively new and growing in popularity. Examples: post #5383283, post #5417445
A heart shape formed by crossing the thumb and index finger of the same hand is a finger heart, not heart hands.
