A character from Rouge Trader, that being the very first edition of Warhammer 40K, he is the Half-Eldar, Chief Libraian and Astropath of the Ultramarines before being retconned for obvious reasons, in more recent lore a character with a very similar name is attache from the Craftworld Ulthwé to the Ultramarines.
