Nicknamed "The Flying Kangaroo," Qantas is the flag carrier of Australia and its planes carry the distinctive company logo of a white kangaroo on a red background.
The 1988 film Rain Man gave Qantas a strong worldwide reputation as an airline which has never had a single plane crash, even though that's not entirely true.
