Stephen William Hawking (8 January 1942 β 14 March 2018)
English theoretical physicist, cosmologist, Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology within the University of Cambridge, and author of best-selling science book A brief history of time.
Despite almost his entire body being paralyzed due to ALS disease, he still worked on his cosmology theory with his computer-attached wheelchair and later discovered radiation emitted from black holes which was later named after him.
