    Viktor Robertovich Tsoi (Russian: Виктор Робертович Цой) (June 21, 1962 – August 15, 1990)

    Viktor Tsoi was a Soviet singer-songwriter and actor who co-founded Kino (Russian: Кино), one of the most popular and musically influential bands in the history of Russian music. He is regarded as one of the most important pioneers of rock music in Russia and is credited with popularizing the genre throughout the Soviet Union.
