andersen (nikke)

An NPC from Goddess of Victory: Nikke. One of the Deputy Chief of the Ark's Central Government Command.

While he shares the same blood as the Commander, they are not related at all. Andersen also has an unusual obsession with the Pilgrims, he built a Tribe Tower for them, apprehensive in obtaining information regarding their weapons, combat data, and so on. He also sees himself as a "representative" for the Pilgrims.
