arare (kancolle)

Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Arare. Character design by Konishi, voiced by Miyakawa Wakana.

She is a timid girl with short black hair and brown eyes. Her default outfit is the Konishi-design Asashio-class uniform: a hat, a short-sleeved white shirt, a skirt with suspenders, black kneehighs, and grey-red rudder footwear.

Her rigging consists of her real-life bridge and foremast to her back, a 12.7 cm twin handgun mount, and 61 cm quad handheld torpedo tubes.
