chappelle's show
A sketch comedy show created by Dave Chappelle and Neal Brennan, that aired on Comedy Central from 2003 to 2006. Starting Dave Chappelle himself along with his castmates, the series satirized and examined—through dark and racial humor—race, social stereotypes, masculinity, celebrity culture, and comedy itself.
The series was a hit with many of it's sketch's being memorable including the Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories. The series abruptly ended in season 3 with only three episodes, following Chappelle quitting the series after being burned out and angry that many of his fans failed to understand the racist jokes he made on the show were making fun of racism, not perpetuating it.
