A hard-boiled action and comedy manga created by Houjou Tsukasa and serialized in 1985 on Weekly Shounen Jump. Also received a 1993 live action Hong Kong film starring Jackie Chan as Saeba Ryou, which includes a scene where Ryou is thrown into a Street Fighter II arcade game and fights as Chun-Li and E. Honda.
