Original character belonging to an anonymous requester from the Drawfag threads on 4chan's /a/ board (Anime and Manga). She is the moe personification of the phrase "Delicious Cow Tits," being the younger sister and antithesis of DFC-tan (Delicious Flat Chest), a character who became a minor meme on 4chan and other niche anime communities.
Because of the rise of notoriety of her older sister, DCT-tan was created as a foil against DFC-tan. Like with her older sister, her original art piece was drawn by Ryotashi.
