The Diplomat Skibidi Mutant is a Human that first appeared in Episode 73, and then appeared in one of the additional scenes of Season 25, however as a Skibidi Mutant.

He was shown by randomly appearing in a locker closet, avoiding all attacks made by a few Alliance members before offering a truce between Skibidi Toilets and The Alliance.
