A Soviet 12,7×108 mm heavy machine gun with a with a V-shaped butterfly trigger. It is mostly known for its use during World War II, Vietnam War, as well as other armed conflicts. The weapon took its name from the two designers, Vasily Degtyaryov, and Georgi Shpagin.
