From his reference sheet, Fulgur is a man with short grey hair over his grey right eye, bangs between eyes and a red tattoo around his left "supereye".
His outfit is a white tank top underneath uneven black and red jacket with a red belt running around. His tank top is tucked in a black pants attached with another red belt. He also wears a pair of black and red sneakers, a red and black multicolored choker around his neck. He has many mechanical parts in his body, including his arms.
Personality and trivia
He is known for his good chemistry with female vtubers and his knowledge of danmei comics and novels. He is often paired with Uki Violeta as "PsyBorg."
His character is a cyborg, while his fans are called Comfydants which have an appearance of a sheep, derived from the name "Ovid" in Latin.
