Futaba Minato is a Japanese CeVIO AI voicebank developed and distributed by Gasoline Alley, Inc. and released on December 2, 2022. The idea behind her character was to create a completely original voice synthesis character from scratch, with "youth (青春)" as her main theme.

Her voice is provided by Misawa Sachika and she is illustrated by hitoba. Minato has blue eyes and long black hair with a blue inner tint. She wears a white sleeveless dress, layered, with a brooch and a blue gradient neck ribbon. Some accessories include hairclips, a wrist scrunchie, and sneakers.
