Bettel has white hair with pink and aqua gradients, and he also has heterochromia (pink right eye, blue left eye).
His default outfit consists of a black top hat, a multicolored coat, black gloves, and thigh boots with high heels and a hole for toe cleavage. Without his coat he wears a white shirt, a black corset with coattails, and black shorts, which combined with his thigh boots gives the impression of zettai ryouiki.
Personality
Lore-wise, he is the jester of Guild TEMPUS, though according to his guild card, he has very poor stats (except for his luck, which is maxed out). Despite his maxed out Luck stat, his first week of streaming didn’t go as planned, as his Cooking Simulator stream got pushed back two days due to technical difficulties and thus forced him to use Twitter Space instead. He often gets compared to Jerma985 due to their similar voices/antics, and he's a notoriously picky eater (among his many disliked foods includes tacos, shrimp, gummies, tomatoes, sushi, spaghetti, and so forth).
